Upline DOS investigator  Version 1.1

This program checks the version of DOS currently running
on the machine. Errorlevel is set to a number equal to
the major version index. DOS 3.3 returns 3, DOS 4.01
returns 4, DOS 2.11 returns 2, etc, etc
